Altruist established "Parivartan," a Day Care Centre, in 2016 to provide occupational options for people recovering from mental illnesses. Parivartan offers therapy-based activities to promote socialization, productivity, and quality of life, giving families a break from full-time care. It also aims to prevent relapse by engaging individuals in meaningful activities
