Let's Coexist & Care!
Home Again (HA)
Home Again (HA) provides shared housing with supportive services for homeless individuals who have recovered from illnesses while living in a mental health hospital for extended periods.
These individuals reside in rented, shared homes within the community, receiving tailored support from personal assistants for various activities such as health management, socialization, economic transactions, cooking, and gardening. This arrangement creates a shared space that resembles a familial environment.
"The transition from hospital to community settings is feasible, and there has been a decrease in observed disabilities. Social distance and stigma have significantly decreased in communities."
